Description - Description: The city of Münster (client) is responsible, among other things, for supporting people without a permanent residence. As part of this task, there is a need to offer homeless men a place to stay overnight during the cold season in order to protect them from health damage. Since the regular overnight accommodation capacities are currently not sufficient for this, a container accommodation is to be made available on the municipal property at Albersloher Weg 59 for the winter of 2024/25 from October to March. In order to be able to offer this as accommodation, the city of Münster intends to award the necessary provision of rental containers and accessories to an economic operator
