Description - Description: 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 15 pieces of the same brand new zero-emission, electric buses, category M3 class II (intercity buses) with a length of 11.5 m to 12.5 m and 10 pieces of brand new mobile charging stations fo r electric buses. 2. The buses subject to this order must be brand new vehicles (according to the definition in the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), i.e. they cannot be previously registered, and the mileage of the buses delivered cannot exceed 1,000 km. In addition, the buses cannot be previously used for test and demonstration drives. The buses cannot be prototypes and must be mass-produce
