The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of a preparation for wetting coal dust in solid form intended for use as an additive to water in dust prevention, when eliminating harmful dust in underground mining plants. Combat ing dust on longwall shearers and roadways, hauling ore, sprinkling the area around mining machines and equipment, periodically washing the ceiling and sidewalls of workings, for use in water curtains and mist systems. The product must be approved for use in underground workings of mining plants in non-methane and methane fields, in workings classified as "a", "b" and "c" methane explosion hazard and "A" and "B" coal dust explosion hazard classes
