The subject of the contract is the delivery of 14 factory new, low -floor, environmentally friendly standard electric city buses powered by hydrogen cells and length in the range from 11.8 m to length in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws 201.502, as amended). A new bus is considered a brand new bus manufactured not earlier than 3 months before the date of delivery of a given batch of order and an unproaded one (bus mileage at the time of delivery not higher than 500 km).
