Description - Description: Delivery of polyethylene PMD waste bags for IVVO region that, in accordance with art. 5.3.13.1. Of the VLAREMA consists of 90% (*) recycled plastics, at least half of which consists of recycled postconsumer plastics.§ 1. The use of plas tics waste bags that are not produced on the basis of recycled plastics is prohibited from January 1, 2021.(*) The minimum content of recycled plastics in waste bags is set at 100% from January 1, 2025, of which at least half consists of recycled post consumer plastics. Producers indicate that for various reasons 100% recyclate in waste bags is not technically feasible. For that reason, OVAM wants to lower the percentage to 90%at the next change
