Description - Description: The subject of the order is the delivery of 13,000 m3 of raw sphagnum peatto the Nursery Farm in Nędza in 2024.The order has been divided into three partial tasks:Partial task no. 1: delivery of 8,000 m3 of peatPartial task no. 2: deliv ery of 3,000 m3 of peatPartial task no. 3: delivery of 2,000 m3 of peatThe Contractor may submit an offer for one or more partial tasks, however, he may not submit an offer for the same partial task simultaneously as a consortium member and as an independent Contractor or a consortium member in several different consortia. In the event of such a situation, the Ordering Party will reject all offers submitted with the participation of this Contract
