Description - Description: 1.The subject of the order is the delivery of eight trucks with garbage truck bodies based on lease agreements. The Ordering Party allows for partial offers for individual parts of the order. The Contractor may submit an offer for one or both of the following parts of the order: 1) PART NO. 1 OF THE ORDER entitled "Lease of four trucks with garbage truck bodies as part of part no. 1 of the order", 2) PART NO. 2 OF THE ORDER entitled "Lease of four trucks with garbage truck bodies as part of part no. 2 of the order". 2. The Contractor shall deliver to the Ordering Party the vehicles that are the subject of the lease to the City Cleaning Plant (ul. Nowodworska 48, 59-220 Legnica).
