Description - Description: The Project is located at the University of Ottawa Power Plant at 720 King Edward on the University of Ottawa campus and shall be executed in two phases:Phase 1:- Includes the removal of the Boiler #2 including designated substance abate ment.- This phase will be awarded using a CCDC2-2008 – Stipulated Price Contract.Phase 2:- Includes the relocation of Boilers 5 & 6 from the outside enclosure to inside the Power Plant and all associated work for a complete working system. Boilers 5 & 6 relocation shall start April 1, 2025, or later weather depending and shall be fully operational by September 30, 2025.- This phase will be awarded using a CCDC5b-2010 – Construction Management
