Description - Description: Current situation: In community centre De Pinnenhof, around 20 associations and users with a social profile find a home for their activities. In an exploration of the future of De Pinnenhof, the contracting authority, together with Stich ting De Pinnenhof, has built up a constructive working relationship with the users since 2019. A collaboration concept and a redevelopment of the existing location have been worked on with associations. This resulted in a framework decision by the municipal council on Community Centre De Pinnenhof at the end of 2022. Since December 2022, the contracting authority has started working on optimising the design and further developing the exploitation
