Description - Description: Based on the tender, a demolition contractor will be selected for the demolition project at Tasavallankatu 40-44 Kuopio. The contract area is shown in the plans. In the project, buildings on three adjacent plots will be demolished and re storation work will be carried out on the contaminated lands of the plots.The contract form is a total contract. The demolition contractor acts as the main contractor of the project and as the main executor as defined by the legislation. There may be a maximum of two subcontractors.
