Description - Description: The DoLS team require a pool of Mental Health Assessors across the country.  The S12 doctor's role is critical in safeguarding the rights and well-being of individuals subject to DoLS assessments. They play a vital part in determining whether deprivation of liberty is necessary and proportionate for each person's unique circumstances.To keep a list of and provide qualified S12 Doctors to undertake mental Health assessment within a week of allocation and return the completed form 4 to the DoLS team within 10 days of allocation.
