Description - Description: The Contracting Authority is looking for a Design & Build team that will be responsible for the design and implementation of a new Synaps Park parking building on the Sint-Jan campus in Genk.The new parking building will be located betwe en the University College and the Children's Psychiatric Centre (abbreviated "KPC"). It will be accessed from the Synaps Park ring road from the north. The new parking building will replace the current (visitor) car park in 2026.The parking garage is considered a public parking garage with a permanent character.
