Description - Description: This work consists of design, construction and commissioning of building energy improvements (insulation/HVAC) for the Bradford Academy Building (172 North Main Street, Bradford, VT). Permits and historic clearance will need to be obtain ed. The scope also includes the installation of a small rooftop solar array. A recent energy audit for the building is available by emailing Harry Falconer at hfalconer@trorc.org. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions.
