Description - Description: The purpose of this RFP is to select an Energy Partner from a prequalified shortlist of Proponents to carry out a comprehensive deep energy retrofit for select facilities on or near the U of T St. George campus through a design-build pro ject delivery model.As part of the launch of the University’s Climate Positive plan, the University will retrofit several of its buildings over the next five years and wishes to work with energy partner(s) to achieve its retrofit goals.
