Description - As part of the dismantling program for the Phénix power plant, the treatment of the different batches of sodium (primary and secondary) must be carried out. For this, several installations or processes are planned to be put in place, including the I NES process (Installation for Neutralization of Soda). INES will neutralize the soda from NOAH (building and process for the destruction of sodium by hydrolysis) and then discharge it into the Rhône. The overall performance contract will relate to the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the INES process (Soda Neutralization Facility).
