Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is to design the scenography, graphic and functional, for the interior design of the Halles Saint-Louis. The interior design of the Halles Saint Louis must showcase its marketing positioning: "the market for eating and living, never one without the other, Brest style". To achieve this, the SPL is looking for a scenographer, a designer, a creative agency, an interior designer or any person/entity with the appropriate skills to design this layout. As part of this mission, the service provider(s) must: • Transcribe the positioning of the Halles, i.e. translate it from both a graphic and functional point of view, to contribute to the general atmosphere
