Description - Description: Design and realisation of a sports complex.The existing sports complex Rietlanden II is being expanded with 8 halls with various supporting functions. The whole will have to function integrally. A construction team is a 2-step approach i n which the client and contractor together create a supported design in the design phase, manage risks and determine a realistic price (step 1) and then go through the realisation phase in a controlled manner (step 2).
