Description - Description: 10 SOPS has a requirement for the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, test, and training of one (1) dual uplink band (L and Unified S Band (USB) uplink) and S band downlink antenna and rigid radome for Det C to conduct Telemetry , Tracking, and Commanding (TT&C) of satellites operating in a geosynchronous orbit. In addition, the Contractor will need to procure, install, and test a new UPS.
