Description - Description: On behalf of the Cologne District Government, flood hazard maps and flood risk maps are to be drawn up for the Vilicher Bach in accordance with Article 6 of Directive 2007/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 on the assessment and management of flood risks (EC Flood Risk Directive) [1].For the preparation of the flood hazard maps, the flood areas must be determined at least for a flood with a low probability (scenario HQextrem), medium probability (scenario HQ100) and high probability (scenario HQfrequent, usually HQ10).
