Description - Description: This tender notice applies to Frederiksberg Municipality's Nursing Home Master Plan, where it is planned to phase out old, outdated nursing homes and replace them with modern housing. This is to ensure that citizens have modern, care-fri endly housing, tenancy rights and to ensure that employees have decent working conditions.It has therefore been decided to demolish the existing Nursing Home and establish a new Nursing Home on Emil Christian Hansens Vej and Nyelandsvej with 140 nursing homes.
