Description - Description: The content of the procurement is the introduction of a freeware hydrological prediction model (such as Hype, Swat, etc.) in the Environment Agency. The model must be able to monitor changes in Estonian inland water bodies for at least t he next 10 days and warn of extreme hydrological phenomena.
