Description - The contract begins on the date of its notification and ends at the end of the guarantee of perfect completion. The work is broken down into a firm phase and an optional phase as defined below: - Firm phase: phases 1 to 4- Optional tranche: phase 5 T he firm tranche starts on the date of notification of the contract. The strengthening of the optional tranche is subject to a decision of the Avignon Hospital Center, notified to the Holder. The contract execution period for all phases combined is set at 4 months from the date of notification of the contract. The 1 month site preparation period is part of the execution time.
