Description - Description: The Fontagnac and La Treille multi-site ZAC project is located to the north of the town, these are the final sections of the original ZAC. The development project completes the urbanization of this part of the town. The perimeter of the ZAC represents approximately 9.5 hectares. This scope includes the housing project sectors as well as the infrastructure and equipment of collective interest to be built. The construction program provides for 170 housing units, 45% of which are purely individual, 35% grouped individual and 20% collective.
