Description - Description: The subject of the public procurement is the development of the Tallinn city website and the provision of additional development, maintenance and accommodation services. Additional development and maintenance service will be provided wit hin 5 years from the introduction of the system in the third phase of the project.The project is divided into three stages: 1) Phase I: detailed analysis of the system, execution of design work and development of content management software.
