Description - Description: In December 2021, the Rouen Normandy Metropolis approved by deliberation the deployment plan for charging stations for electric vehicles 2021-2026.In order to ensure territorial and social equity of access to charging, the deployment pla n was developed on the basis of the municipal population with 1 charging point for 1,500 inhabitants with a maximum power of 22 kVA, or 1 terminal (2 charging points) for 3,000 inhabitants.
