Description - Description: - Purpose (Cf. art 2-1 of the consultation regulations) This consultation is organized with a view to of the award of works contracts for the development of the new Raymond Queneau library of Mont-Gaillard district, within the commercial cells of the Grand Cap shopping mall. The project provides the development of a library within vacant commercial cells brought together to provide a surface area floor of approximately 675 m² including 75 m² on the mezzanine. The public reception areas are located on the ground floor. and are accessible on one level from the central circulation space of the Grand Cap shopping mall.
