Description - Description: What is required / ‘The Requirements’.We are seeking a suitably skilled and experienced supplier to design and develop a pilot programme for the ethnic minority social care workforce in Wales.The purpose of the programme is to empowe r ethnic minority employees in the social care sector by equipping them with essential skills and resources to advance their careers, thereby promoting diversity and inclusivity in leadership roles.The target audience for the programmes participants are ethnic minority social care professionals, such as domiciliary and residential/care home workers, currently employed within the sector who demonstrate potential and interest in career progression.
