Description - Description: The International Labour Organization (ILO) is commissioning this assignment in partnership with MOP, MOLSA and other UN agencies and on behalf of the BEIT project with the objective of developing a policy brief for enhancing youth and w omen’s participation in the labour market in Iraq, with a focus on the construction sector. This aims at bringing transformation towards moving away from the traditional reliance on public sector employment and exploring opportunities in the private sector, thus alleviating poverty, reducing gaps, and enhancing social cohesion.
