Description - The purpose of this contract is to constitute a vector Simplified Street Structure Plan (Pcrs) over the entire length of roads in the Rouen Normandy Metropolis which must comply with the recommendations of the exchange geostandard, version 2.0 of the Council National Geolocalized Information (Cnig). Candidates are not required to answer the basic solution. They may present, in accordance with articles R. 2151-8 to R. 2151-11 of the Public Procurement Code, an offer including a variant which must comply with the minimum requirements.
