Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is the application maintenance and web development (Frontend) of new functionalities of an application for analyzing the results of a hospital patient satisfaction survey. The application uses automatic langu age processing (TAL) to automatically analyze patient comments. The HAS has made this new tool available free of charge to healthcare establishments since September 2024.
