Description - Description: The purpose of the contract is to provide all the technical and administrative services required to carry out, under the supervision of the “Noise” unit of the SPW Mobility and Infrastructure, the noise control action plans for the a gglomerations of Liège (lot 1) and Charleroi (lot 2) in accordance with the provisions and obligations set out in Directive 2002/49/EC and its annexes, until the Walloon Region can proceed with the European reporting.
