Description - Description: The municipality of Koggenland is working on a redevelopment of the former school location at Dwingel 6 in Goorn, the school has already been demolished. The intention is to start construction of a maximum of 40 homes and 1400m2 of comme rcial space at this location in Q2 of 2025. A zoning plan is now in procedure for this purpose. The project for this request consists of two sub-plans, namely: - Sub-plan A: the development and realization of a maximum of 12 owner-occupied homes; - Subplan B: the development and realisation of 1400m2 of commercial space with a HOED (general practitioners under one roof, a pharmacy and a daycare centre as future tenant in combination with 28 homes
