The subject of the contract is the implementation and transfer of project documentation to the Employer for the investment task entitled "Renovation of the facade of the office building of the company" Koleje Mazowieckie - KM "sp.z o. o. in Warsaw at ul. Lubelska 26 ”, hereinafter also called the project together with obtaining the final building permit decision in the scope of the task covered by the project, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law, possibly making an effective application of construction works not requiring a building permit, in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law and exercising author's supervision.2
