Description - Description: The municipality of Borger-Odoorn intends to redevelop the former location of the Esdalcollege in Borger for residential construction. In the spring of 2024, DaaD architects conducted an initial exploration into the development of the ar ea (see appendix). The municipal council has used the following principles: 1. A large proportion of the homes are suitable for all stages of life; 2. Approximately 40 homes will be built. Partly as apartments and partly as ground-level homes; 3.
