Description - The purpose of this contract is to develop the multi-year Restoration and Maintenance Plan for the Lys, the Laquette, the Melde and their tributaries (PPRE Lys-Laquette-Melde and tributaries). The objective of the study is to define and specify, in a ccordance with the framework documents, the restoration and maintenance work necessary to restore the hydromorphological conditions of the river (diversification of habitats, longitudinal and lateral ecological continuities) and to achieve good ecological status. As such, the management plan will be implemented as part of a Declaration of General Interest (Dig) procedure which will authorize the community to invest public funds on private plots ,
