Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is development of existing structures and legislative and institutional capacities of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and its Paying Agency in order to implement the EU Common Agric ultural Policy (CAP) and prepare the Republic of Serbia for EU accession. The aim is to develop the operational Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS) (I Phase) in line with EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) requirements.
