Description - Description: The Pays du Perche Sarthois wishes to equip itself with a Territorial Coherence Plan equivalent to a Climate Air and Energy Plan (SCOT-AEC), for the communities of communes adhering to these two competences and in accordance with the leg islation in force and the initial program specified in the CCTP. By deliberation dated September 27, 2021, the union committee of the Pays du Perche Sarthois prescribed the development of its SCoT-AEC, by defining the objectives pursued and the consultation procedures.
