Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is to develop urban studies, thematic studies and consultation-communication in connection with the urban planning documents of the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolis (MAMP). It is a framework agree ment of intellectual benefits. This is a framework agreement within the meaning of articles R. 2162-2 and following of the public procurement code concluded with 5 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). The framework agreement does not set all contractual stipulations, it will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent markets under the conditions set for articles R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the public procurement code.local
