Description - Description: The Canton of Lucerne operates a basic e-government infrastructure consisting of various elements, in particular an online form solution, an integration platform, a customer IAM and an online counter (based on the iGovPortal product).In addition to these large elements, various smaller services, some of which are in-house developments, are also in operation. In order to be able to develop and maintain additional such services in the future, the IT department of the Canton of Lucerne is using this tender to find service partners who can provide their software development know-how. Because many of the software solutions to be developed are to be interoperable with the iGovPortal.c
