Description - Description: A first consultation was launched for the construction of a sports complex in Nolay, comprising 15 lots. Some of these lots were awarded in 2023 and others at the start of 2024. The purpose of this consultation is development work around the new sports complex in Nolay - Lot 16 VRD - for the Community of Beaune Côte and South agglomeration. This is a contract with an adapted procedure in application of articles L1111-1, L1111-2, L1212-1, L1212-3-1° and L.2123-1, and articles R.2123-1-1 ° and R.2123-5 of the Public Order Code.
