Description - The purpose of the operation, the subject of this public call for competition, is to fit out a vegetable shop in a workshop at the Joux la Ville detention centre. The vegetable room will include different rooms including a decontamination room, a col d preparation room, a conditioning and packaging room, two cold rooms, a dishwasher, etc. The vegetable shop will allow the establishment of an adapted company, specializing in the employment of people with disabilities. The planned activity is that of vegetable processing. This operation will include 4 lots: - lot 1: demolition, shell, VRD, tiling - lot 2: isothermal panels - lot 3: electricity - lot 4: HVAC plumbing
