Description - Description: The subject of the public contract is a device for the analysis and mapping of the chemical composition of materials using the X-ray fluorescence method with high spatial accuracy, so-called micro-XRF. The installed primary X-ray probes will enable changes in the size of the trace at high intensity of X-ray radiation. The fluorescence detectors will be of the SDD concept and will have sufficient efficiency to achieve a high measurement speed; their spectral range must include elements from carbon to uranium. The system will also include high-resolution navigation camera(s), which will allow capturing an image of the entire sample and its details down to the micrometer level. The
