Description - Description: Liverpool City Region Combined Authority are looking to procure a developer to build, develop, host, and support a new system for LCRCA to issue Adult Education payments to providers.LCRCA receive large 2 CSV files containing learner dat a from the Department for Education. The proposed solution will transform the data, using calculations and methodologies depending on recipient contract type, into payment files (Batch Import Files) compatible with a bespoke finance system (Agresso). The data is received on a schedule date each month, and providers need to be paid on a scheduled date in the month. The proposed system will need to be hosted, maintained developed at scheduled dates
