Description - Description: Karlstad University currently uses a diary system and also to some extent case management. Currently, between 3,500 and 4,000 cases are registered per year and the university uses 50 licenses. The number of cases handled in the system is expected to increase and there is a need to increase the number of licenses. It is of great importance that the diary system is secure enough to handle sensitive personal data and information that is subject to confidentiality.  In addition to being able to handle diary management in a correct and legal manner, the system must be able to transfer e-mails to cases in the system, create service notes, move cases between people/roles and case type
