Description - Description: Karlstad University currently uses a diary system and also to some extent case management. Currently, between 3,500 and 4,000 cases are registered per year and the university uses 50 licenses. The number of cases handled in the system is expected to increase and there is a need to increase the number of licenses. It is of great importance that the diary system is secure enough to handle sensitive personal data and information covered by confidentiality. The university has identified a need to acquire a secure case management system as existing support systems do not cover all types of cases or have the right security.
