Description - Description: The subject of the contract is the development of the IS EHB, which will form a single information system covered by a portal, which will subsequently be divided into relevant modules. The IS EHB will ensure a consistent, interoperable a nd integrated database of data on the energy performance of the building stock, ensure the exchange of its data and the transfer of data to the EU Monitoring Centre for Buildings and the accessibility of data to various users. It will enable the creation, access, registration and storage of a digital energy certificate and a digital building renovation passport issued in accordance with Directive 2024/1275/EU on the energy performance of building
