Description - Description: The client (AG) requires a complete service package for electronic file management in the assessment procedure according to SGB IX (Severely Disabled Persons Act). The subject of the tender are archive files that are reactivated when a n ew assessment application or similar is received and become ongoing procedures. Nationwide, around 3,500 corresponding procedures are carried out every month. The paper files are to be collected every 14 calendar days from the AG's four locations and then processed by the contractor (AN) according to performance specifications.
