Description - Description: Vivabolig hereby announces that it intends to award a main contract to JORTON A/S without prior tender for the upcoming lower renovation project of department 18 Gundorfslund in Aalborg. The overall project is subject to tendering pursua nt to Section 6 of the Danish Public Procurement Act, as the contract budget amounts to DKK 145 million excluding VAT. This means that the construction and civil engineering work must be put out to competition, cf. Section II of the Danish Public Procurement Act.
