Description - Description: With a view to the realization of the “Sluices Boven-Scheldt” project, De Vlaamse Waterweg will conclude a DBFM agreement with the project company (SPV-DBFM). This Selection Guide is part of the appointment of a private partner for t his purpose. The current setup is that the SPV-DBFM is responsible for the design, construction and financing of the Project and its maintenance in principle for a period of 30 years from the completion of the construction phase. Appendix 1 contains further information about this project. Candidates are informed for information purposes that the Contracting Authority reserves the option to issue separate works contracts to realize certain aspects
