Description - Description: The city of Raahe is asking for bids for the organization of temporary care for stray and recovered dogs in the Raahe area. The statutory service is managed as a purchase service and tendered for the contract period from 1 January 2025 t o 31 December 2027 + a possible option of two (2) years.According to the law, the animal must be kept for at least 15 days, after which it can be handed over or killed. The purchase concerns the keeping of the animal for 15 days. After this, the animal becomes the operator's property without a separate agreement.The aforementioned task has been handled in the Raahe city area as a purchasing service, the contract for which expires at the end of 20
